01 — Project Details

My task was to help create a Shopify store, write product descriptions, a welcome and abandoned shopping cart flow, then advertise on Facebook and Instagram.

02 — Scope

Role: Content strategist & copywriter.
Stakeholders: CEO, marketing manager, community managers.
Goal: Increase traffic and awareness through social media and emails, boost sales, and build a loyal customer base.
Challenges: Enter the Australian market and establish a presence.
Process: Research competition > Find winning products > Advertise on Facebook and Instagram.

The metrics speak for themselves. In just three months we doubled our revenue and established ourselves in the market.
