01 — Project Details

Sekisui House is Japan's largest home builder. Their American brand, Woodside Homes, is booming in the Western U.S. My task was to convince new homeowners and agents to tour new communities, and to experience the epitome of modern living.

02 — Scope

Role: B2C Copywriter.
Stakeholders: Creative director, product managers, sales team.
Goal: Craft product copy and content strategies to enhance brand messaging, announce new communities, promotional rebates, and engage homebuyers.
Challenges: Balancing informative and persuasive messaging to resonate with diverse buyers while maintaining brand voice.
Process: Research market trends and customer needs > write engaging product descriptions and marketing content > refine messaging based on feedback > integrate content into promotional and evergreen campaigns.
