I renovated the Advertiser Help Center by editing and updating articles, graphics, and videos to help merchants and sellers leverage Walmart’s digital marketing products.

02 — Scope

Role: Content designer and copywriter.
Stakeholders: Learning & development director, senior project managers, marketing & design teams.
Goal: Lead the launch of the new site by collaborating with a third-party creative agency, and the internal creative team.
Challenges: Updating technical articles using Walmart Connect's branded voice, tone, and media resources for B2B audiences.
Process: Cross-functional collaboration > create style guide > update content > source available media > publish using Salesforce Lightning > deliver on time.
