As a B2B copywriter I created persuasive content to convince businesses to install marketing tools to reach more audiences, high-quality leads, and to drive sales. By streamlining communication and optimizing outreach strategies, I helped increase install rates and engagement.

01 — Project Details

My task was to identify which Meta advertising tools our forum members used to sell their services or products. I wrote post-webinar surveys to gather data, and created emails to position industry-specific solutions that can help customers reach their goals.

02 — Scope

Role: Content strategist & copywriter.
Stakeholders: Program manager, growth marketing manager, community managers.
Goal: Offer advertisers the opportunity to install Meta AI marketing tools.
Challenges: Persuade advertisers to fill out survey, and schedule a call with a Meta Pro to facilitate product installation.
Process: Identify customer needs > showcase product benefits > elicit action.

I started by creating email flows to identify advertisers with high and low quarterly budgets. Then, offered the opportunity to learn about new AI products that matched their goals.

I then created a survey to measure pain points, budget, and which products forum members were using, if any, to get conversions.

Audit all public content for Meta CAPI and Pixel, to identify new opportunities for customer engagement and adoption.

04 — Scope

Stakeholders: Program manager, growth marketing manager, community managers.
Goal: Identity available resources to surface legacy content, and find new opportunities to create videos, webinars, and documentation to facilitate adoption of Meta's leading analytics products.
Challenges: Coordinate and lead a team of three to sift through an extensive library of resources to discover content that was relevant, obsolete, or missing.
Process: Assign content search by videos, graphics, and documents > create Google Sheet > organize files by categories and links > present findings and opportunities.
